Pizza with Pizzazz!

I finally got around to trying Charlie’s gluten-free pizza, and I was sorry I waited so long. It was great! No super thin crust there. Far from being traditional, you can see the herbs baked right in to the crust. It is gluten-free pizza you can pick up and eat without it falling apart. There are lots of choices on toppings, and it is baked just right. I went for ham and pineapple.

I will soon be adding Charlie’s to my restaurant list, so you too can try it!

Wishing you great food and happy tummies.
