No Dish Needed

by | Jun 16, 2012 | Products

After two years of eating my ice cream in a dish, I finally was able to an ice cream cone.  My summer snacking just got a little better!

First let me state that I am a sugar cone girl, not a cake cone girl.  This meant the discovery of gluten-free sugar cones that tasted great at Bassett’s was a delicious find.  Apparently Meijer also carries gluten-free cones, which I found out from one of my blog readers.

Goldbaum’s is the brand I found and they are pretty tasty.  They are on the sweet side, but very good.  They are also fairly sturdy.  After several “taste tests” there was no leaking ice cream, and the cone did not crack when I packed in the ice cream.

Sometimes it is nice to not have to sacrifice the little things when you live gluten-free.  These cones are a little thing that go a long way to making summer snacking better.

Wishing you great food and happy tummies,

K
