Fresh Thyme had a table full of new to me gluten-free baked goods. Obviously it required me spending too much money on a sampling of these treats.
Today’s breakfast was Doughnut Minis from Freedom Gluten Free. I choose the devil’s food flavor. They were very sweet and great with a cup of coffee. I think they had two other flavors as options.
We don’t eat a lot of donuts in our house, but when we do I have to figure out how to defrost the frozen donuts I keep form myself without them being soggy. These were not frozen, so no sogginess. And, I could have one mini if I just wanted a bite of sweet or several to equal a whole doughnut.
