Amie’s Pizza Factory has made some great additions to their menu . . . two types of gluten-free pizza crust. One is a plain white crust and one is an herb crust.
Last week I finally was able to give it a try. This is not somewhere you should order a pepperoni pizza. That would do their creative pizza options a disservice. The options include: Coney Island and Chicken Club. I decided on Bacon Cheeseburger. Certainly not the most healthy choice, but with the calorie splurge. Combining bacon, cheeseburger and pizza, how could it not be fantastic?
Amie’s proved that gluten-free can be delicious and you do not have to sacrifice taste. The toppings take up every inch of the pizza. So, if your favorite part of the pizza is the last bite of crust, this may not be the pizza for you. However, if you dread having to eat your kids’ crust remains, this is ideal. They will not have anything left on their plate.
I love when I feel like being gluten-free is not a sacrifice.
Amie’s Pizza Factory is located on Central Avenue, near McCord.
Wishing you great food and happy tummies,

I have to say that I was impressed with the pizza. The crust was pretty good and I think I kinda like the topping took up the whole thing.
The moment we opened the box you could smell the bacon it was fantastic!
