No Rocks Near this Granite

by | Feb 7, 2012 | Restaurants

I recently had the opportunity to try out Granite City.  And, since I have a wonderful husband, who ordered his dish gluten-free too, I was able to try two different dishes.

While the gluten-free options only number about 5 dishes, the flavor in the dishes was fantastic.  I also really appreciated the fact that there were desserts that were gluten-free.  (Although it was a little rough not be able to have the fresh baked chocolate chip cookie).

I was able to try the scallop dish, which was very good.  The cilantro reminded me of summer.  It was light and filling.

My husband had the steak.  I cannot say enough about the garlic mashed potatoes that came with it.  MMMMMMmmm.

I will take the limited menu with so much flavor!

Wishing you great food and happy tummies,

K
