Little Cupcakes, Lots of Flavor

by | Nov 3, 2011 | Restaurants

This week I placed my first, but certainly not my last, order for gluten-free cupcakes from 7 Little Cupcakes.

They were delicious! Currently they offer chocolate and vanilla. The vanilla was very good, but the chocolate stole my taste buds. The cupcakes are made with a very dense, almost pound-cake-like cake with a frosting that is light, airy, and amazingly sweet. The flavors were fantastic.

Cupcakes from 7 Little Cupcakes!

The presentation of the cupcakes is fun, and you do not have to sacrifice the gourmet feel of the cupcakes by going gluten-free. It definitely brought out the childlike fun of eating a cupcake, but I did not just lick off the frosting . . . that would be a waste of delicious cake.
Not only are the ingredients gluten-free, but they are whipped up in a dedicated gluten-free mixer and in dedicated pans.  Vegan cupcakes are also available.

They are quite a treat!

Wishing you great food and happy tummies,
K
